Terms & Conditions for pk868 – Please Read Before You Play

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "pk868" refers to the online gaming platform operated at pk868.ws and all associated sub-domains, mobile interfaces, and services.
• "Platform" means the website, software, applications, and services provided by pk868.
• "User" / "Member" / "You" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the pk868 Platform.
• "Account" means the individual gaming account registered by a User on the Platform.
• "Agreement" means these Terms & Conditions together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules published by pk868.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the currency used for all transactions on the pk868 Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to an Account pursuant to a pk868 promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they may be withdrawn as cash.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process used by pk868 to confirm a Member's identity before processing withdrawals or as otherwise required.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the pk868 Platform in any way — including browsing, registering an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or playing casino games — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

If you do not accept any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the pk868 Platform and close your Account if one has already been created. Continued use of the Platform following publication of any updated version of these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

3. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on pk868, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pk868 strictly enforces this age requirement and will request identity documentation to verify age where necessary.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities and automated systems may not register accounts on the Platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by pk868 or any third-party responsible gaming authority.
• You must not be acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party when placing bets or playing games on the Platform.
• You must not reside in a jurisdiction where online gaming is expressly prohibited by local law to the extent that your participation would expose pk868 to legal liability.

4. Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration

To access the full range of pk868 services, you must register a personal account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested in the registration form. You are responsible for keeping all account information up to date and must notify pk868 promptly if any detail changes.

pk868 operates a strict one account per person policy. No individual may hold more than one registered account on the Platform, whether under the same name, a different name, the same device, or the same payment method. Discovery of multiple accounts associated with a single individual will result in all duplicate accounts being closed and any funds subject to review.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk868 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. pk868 will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to an account where the Member failed to take reasonable precautions to secure their credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact pk868 support immediately via live chat so that the account can be secured without delay.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

pk868 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing withdrawals, or when unusual activity is detected. Acceptable documents include government-issued national identity card (CNIC), passport, or driver's licence. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.

5. Deposits & Payment Methods

pk868 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following supported payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no currency conversion applied to deposits — all funds are held and processed in PKR.

• Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa typically credit to the pk868 wallet within seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider.
• Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank are subject to standard inter-bank processing times, which may take up to one business day.
• pk868 does not charge processing fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned.
• pk868 reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to Members.

6. Withdrawals

Members may request withdrawal of available real-money funds (excluding uncleared Bonus Funds subject to ongoing wagering requirements) at any time through the pk868 account portal. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• Verification Requirement: pk868 may require completion of KYC verification before approving any withdrawal. Members who have not previously submitted identity documents will be asked to do so at this stage.
• Payment Method: Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where possible. This is a fraud prevention measure and is non-negotiable in most circumstances.
• Processing Time: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of approval. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank may take up to three business days.
• Withdrawal Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits may apply and will be communicated within the account portal.
• Pending Bets: Withdrawal requests will not reduce the balance reserved for any pending or unsettled bets. Only settled available funds may be withdrawn.

pk868 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on withdrawal requests that are considered unusual in size or frequency. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) control and is not intended to inconvenience legitimate Members.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

pk868 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific promotion rules published at the time the offer is made:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable multiplier will be stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on the pk868 Platform contribute equally toward Bonus wagering requirements. Specific contribution percentages will be stated in each promotion's terms. Live casino and certain slot games may carry reduced contribution rates.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds and any associated wagering requirements expire within the time period stated in the relevant promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited without exception.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Members may hold only one active bonus at a time. Accepting a new bonus while another is active may result in forfeiture of the prior bonus.
• Abuse: pk868 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus and void associated winnings if there is evidence that a bonus has been claimed through fraudulent means, in breach of these terms, or through coordinated abuse with other accounts.
• Withdrawal of Real-Money Balance First: Where a Member holds both real-money funds and Bonus Funds, real-money funds will be used and depleted before Bonus Funds are applied to gameplay.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on the pk868 Platform is subject to the specific rules applicable to each game, sport, or market, which are published within the Platform and incorporated into this Agreement by reference. The following general principles apply across all products:

• All bets are accepted at the odds or prices displayed at the time of placement. pk868 does not accept bets placed after an event has commenced unless specifically offered as an in-play market.
• pk868 reserves the right to void bets placed on any event or market where there is evidence of manipulation, system error, or where the result is otherwise compromised.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply across all markets and games. These limits are displayed within the betting interface and may vary by market, event, and account tier.
• Cricket betting on PSL matches, Pakistan international fixtures, and other supported competitions is subject to the cricket-specific rules published within the sportsbook section of the Platform.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators. Live casino results are generated in real time by physical equipment in a studio environment. pk868 does not influence, alter, or interfere with game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical failure during a gaming session, the outcome of any incomplete round or bet will be determined in accordance with the relevant game rules. Where a fair determination cannot be made, the bet may be voided and the stake returned.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk868 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point of identity verification.
• Opening or operating more than one account on the Platform, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Colluding with other players in any casino game or sports betting market to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human participation.
• Attempting to launder money through deposits, gameplay, or withdrawals on the Platform. pk868 complies with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and will report suspicious activity as required.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to generate winnings that would not otherwise have been possible under normal operating conditions. Any winnings generated through such exploitation are void.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pk868 staff or other members through any communication channel associated with the Platform.
• Accessing or attempting to access another Member's account without authorisation.

10. Responsible Gaming

pk868 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across all products and services. We recognise that for a small number of individuals, gaming can become problematic, and we take our obligations to those individuals seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all pk868 Members from within their account settings at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you may deposit into your pk868 account. Reductions to limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure on-screen alerts that notify you when you have been active on the Platform for a defined period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are prepared to lose within a specified time period across all pk868 games and markets.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent suspension of your account. Self-exclusion periods cannot be shortened once activated and will be enforced across all pk868 products.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic pop-up summaries showing your session duration and net position to help maintain awareness of your gaming activity.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the pk868 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and structural design — is the exclusive intellectual property of pk868 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in this Agreement transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal and recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written consent from pk868.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any pk868 software or application.
• Use pk868 branding, logos, or trademarks in any context without express written authorisation.
• Frame, scrape, or systematically collect data from the Platform through automated means.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk868 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses arising from system downtime, data loss, betting errors, or delays in payment processing.

pk868's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

pk868 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available continuously or free from errors. While pk868 uses commercially reasonable efforts to maintain uptime and system integrity, temporary interruptions may occur during maintenance, upgrades, or as a result of events outside pk868's reasonable control.

Nothing in this clause excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Privacy

pk868 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

pk868 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud prevention services strictly as necessary to operate the Platform and comply with applicable legal obligations.

14. Amendments to These Terms

pk868 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pk868 will publish the updated terms on the Platform with a revised effective date. Where practicable, pk868 will provide Members with notice of significant changes via account notification or email.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to remain aware of any changes. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to pk868's operating jurisdiction. By using the Platform, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled through pk868's internal complaints procedure.

15.1 Internal Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the pk868 Platform, you should first contact the pk868 support team via live chat or by writing to [email protected]. pk868 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days of receipt.

15.2 Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the Agreement. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect and shall be construed as if the severed provision had never formed part of the Agreement.

15.3 Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the pk868 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game or promotion-specific rules, constitutes the entire agreement between you and pk868 with respect to the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior communications, representations, or agreements relating to the same subject matter.
